Seminar for awareness about prevention and treatment of Dengue fever - 26/11/2015
Quaid-e-Azam Divisional Public School and College has always lived up to the required standards to create an awareness of the dangers of “Dengue Fever” and dengue (viruses) related threats. QDPS has been leading successful campaigns for last couple of years. In the series of the Program, Boys College (QDPS) arranged a seminar on 26th Nov 2015 in the Sheikh Muhammad Younas Auditorium. Students of college classes attend the seminar.
Mr. Yousaf Kareemi being the focal person, emphasized the importance of fighting this menace. He delivered a comprehensive lecture on Dengue virus threat and precautionary measures to curb its growth and spread. The Prncipal QDPS Mr. Sajid Jamal Khan also attended the seminar and addressed the students on awareness of the dangers of “Dengue Fever” and control measures.
Water samples were taken from QDPS campus for microscopic examination and larva detection. Students also took part in the water test.
