How To Apply
Quaid -e- Azam Public College invites admissions into the college through press. Application forms are made available in the college which can be bought along with the prospectus.
Information regarding how to apply in different classes is detailed below.
Class Nursery
For admission in nursery class, applications are invited during the month from February. Student who is to seek admission in this class can get the application form, fill it, attach required documents and submit it to the college.
The documents which are to be attached along with the application are:
- Birth Certificate / ‘B' form of Nadra.
- School Leaving Certificate. (only after the seat is offered).
- Two latest photographs of the student.
Class Prep to 8th
Admission in classes other than nursery would only be possible in case of a vacant seat. The transfer cases of Govt. Servant and families shifting from abroad will be accommodated only in exceptional cases. The students wishing to get admission are advised to contact the college. The admissions in these classes, in case of a vacant seat are invited in March and September only. The students wishing to apply can get the application form from the college, fill it, attach required documents and submit it to the college. 9th and 10th (Matriculation)
Admission in matriculation classes (9th and 10th) is only allowed in transfer cases, and only if a seat is vacant. The students wishing to apply can get the application form from the college or the website, fill it, attach required documents and submit it to the college. - NOC from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education other than Gujranwala.
First Year (F.Sc.)
Admissions in F.Sc. first year is offered soon after the SSC result is announced. Students who want to apply can get the application form from the college. They can fill it, attach required documents and submit it to the college.
The documents which the students are required to attach are:
- Birth Certificate / ‘B' form of Nadra.
- School Leaving Certificate. (if applicable)
- Two latest photographs of the student.
- Attested photocopies of father's computerized ID Card.
- Marks Sheet of SSC Examination.
- Character Certificate
- Migration Certificate (in case of other than BISE Gujranwala)
