Evaluation
Evaluation of a student's achievement is equally important. It is directly related to the quality of education imparted. Consequently, teachers are instructed not only in good teaching methods but also in good evaluation techniques based on:
Validity
Reliability
Objectivity
Comprehensiveness
Practicability
Progress reports of the learners are carefully prepared and sent to the parents at the end of each term, if necessary. The reports include assessment of the curricular and co-curricular achievements of the students, their behaviours, attendance, homework, tidiness and personal hygiene etc.
Opportunities are provided to the parents to discuss the progress of their children with the teacher on a Parent-Teacher Meetings which are regular features of the college programme.
