BOARD OF TRUSTEES & BOARD OF GOVERNORS
These are the two supreme bodies of the Quaid-e-Azam Educational Trust. BOG manages the College affairs on behalf of BOT. BOG has all powers and can take any decision in respect of building structure, College employees and any matter which comes before it.
ADMINISTRATION COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for recruitment of the employees and routine functioning of the College. This is also authorized for the promotions, rewards, disciplinary actions, penalties and firing etc.
FINANCE COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for the preparation of the College budget and its implementation. It also keeps a watch on the expenses incurred by the College administration during the financial year.
ADMISSION COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for the admission process which is done twice during an academic year i.e. in March and August. March : Main Admissions, August : Subject to vacancy during summer break.
CONSTRUCTION COMMITTEE
This committee is responsible for the construction, extension and other related works to provide updated infra structure to the College.
